أثر تطبيق المؤسسات لمبادئ الحوكمة كأداة للتنمية المستدامة على الأداء الاجتماعي: دراسة حالة مجموعة من المؤسسات في ولاية سطيف

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر تطبيق المؤسسات لمبادئ الحوكمة كأداة للتنمية المستدامة على الأداء الاجتماعي للمؤسسات الاقتصادية. وشملت الدراسة مجموعة من المؤسسات في ولاية سطيف. حيث تم توزيع 46 استبيان على إطارات المؤسسات، تم استرجاع 43 منها قابلة للدراسة والتحليل. وتم استخدام برنامج الحزم الاحصائية SPSS في التحليل والدراسة. وأظهرت النتائج أن المؤسسات الجزائرية تطبق مبادئ الحوكمة بشكل نسبي وتتبنى مؤشرات الأداء الاجتماعي لحماية البيئة والمجتمع. This study aims to highlight the impact of institutions applying the principles of governance as a tool for sustainable development on the social performance of economic institutions. The study included a group of institutions in the state of Setif. As 46 questionnaires were distributed on the institutions' frameworks, 43 of which were retrieved, for study and analysis. The SPSS statistical packages were used in the analysis and study. The results showed that Algerian institutions apply the principles of governance in a proportional manner and adopt social performance indicators to protect the environment and society.
