رأس المال المخاطر كمدخل استراتيجي لتدعيم التمويل الاستثماري في الجزائر

Résumé: تهتم هذه الدراسة في إبراز أهمية سوق رأس المال المخاطر كخيار تمويلي استراتيجي للمشروعات الناشئة من جهة وكآلية لتمويل الاقتصاد الوطني من جهة أخرى، كما تسلط الضوء على مدى تطور شركات رأس المال المخاطر في الجزائر، وأهمية العرض الذي تقدمه هذه الشركات والعوائق التي تقف أمامها خلال قيامها بنشاطاتها التمويلية والتي حالت دون تطور أو ظهور شركات رأس مال مخاطر جديدة تلبي حاجيات المشروعات الناشئة. This study is interested about the importance of the venture capital as a financing strategic choice for the emerging projects on the one hand and as a mechanism to finance the national economy, on the other hand, also shed light on the evolution of venture capital companies in Algeria, and the importance of the offer provided by these companies and the obstacles that stand in front of her during its financing, and that prevented the development or the emergence of a new venture capital firms that meets the needs of emerging projects
