دور رأس المال النفسي في تحقيق التفوق التنظيمي لدى شركة توزيع الكهرباء الفلسطينية

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على الدور الذي يلعبه رأس المال النفسي في تحقيق التفوق التنظيمي في شركة توزيع الكهرباء الفلسطينية. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وطبقت على عينة عشوائية بلغت (173) من موظفي الشركة. وكشفت الدراسة عن اهتمام متزايد في رأس المال النفسي لدى الشركة المستهدفة، كما تبين أن المبحوثين يرون أن الشركة تتمتع بمعدل مرتفع من التفوق التنظيمي. من جهة أخرى، توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود ارتباط دال احصائياً بين جميع أبعاد رأس المال النفسي والتفوق التنظيمي. وتبين أن الأمل - كأحد مجالات رأس المال النفسي- يؤثر تأثيراً دال احصائياً على التفوق التنظيمي، في حين لم يُسجل للأبعاد الأخرى. The study aimed at identifying the role played by psychological capital in achieving organizational excellence in the Palestinian Electricity DistributionThe study's goal was to determine the significance of psychological capital in the Palestinian Electricity Distribution Company's pursuit of organizational excellence. The study used a descriptive analytical approach to attain this purpose, and it was conducted on a random sample of 173 employees at the organization. The investigation demonstrated a growing interest in the psychological capital of the target company. The respondents also believe the company has a high rate of organizational excellence, according to the findings. On the other hand, the study discovered a statistically significant link between psychological capital and organizational excellence across all dimensions. Only hope, as a psychological capital dimension, was found to have a statistically significant effect on organizational excellence, while the other dimensions did not.
