تجدد النزعة القومية الأوروبية: مابين تداعيات الهجرة غير النظامية وضغوطات التيار اليميني المتطرف

Résumé: إن تنامي وتيرة الحراك الديموغرافي للمدنيين الباحثين عن حياة أفضل وما تبعها من التهديدات المجتمعية، الأزمات الاقتصادية والتحولات البنيوية بما في ذلك التفاعل التسلسلي المرتقب للحركات الانفصالية المهددة بزيادة الصدع في بنية الاتحاد الأوروبي، تراجع ثقله الدبلوماسي، العسكري ومكانته الإقليمية والدولية كلها نتائج تؤكد عودة القومية الوطنية لكن بتوجه جديد يعكس انتصار التيارات اليمينية المتطرفة التي تتحرك بموجب الاعتبارات الأمنية للحفاظ على الهوية المسيحية وحماية مصالحها الإيديولوجية والسياسية وكسب الدعم الشعبوي بدعوتها لممارسة العنصرية، كراهية الأجانب والتعصب القومي لذلك حاولنا من خلال دراستنا تفسير الارتباط الذي يجمع بين ظواهر اللجوء والهجرة غير الشرعية بتصاعد وتيرة النزعة القومية، توضيح الدور الذي تلعبه تيارات اليمين المتطرف والميكانيزمات التي تعتمدها لتحديث هذا المفهوم. Abstract: The growing pace of demographic mobility of civilians seeking a better life and the ensuing societal threats, economic crises and structural transformations, including the anticipated serial interaction of separatist movements threatened with further rifts in the STRUCTURE of the European Union The decline of its diplomatic, military and regional and international status all the results confirm the return of national nationalism, but with a new direction reflecting the victory of the extreme right-wing movements that move under security considerations to preserve the Christian identity and protect their ideological and political interests and gain populist support by calling for the practice of racism, Xenophobia and nationalism, therefore, through our study, have tried to explain the link between the phenomena of asylum and illegal immigration with the rise of nationalism, to clarify the role played by the extreme right-wing currents and the mechanics they adopt to modernize this concept.
