قابلية تطبيق المعيار الشرعي 35 الصادر عن هيئة المحاسبة والمراجعة للمؤسسات المالية الاسلامية في الشركات الاقتصادية الجزائرية -دراسة حالة المؤسسة الوطنية للبلاستيك بالمدية

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحديد الوعاء الزكوي في الشركات الاقتصادية من خلال حصر الموجودات و المطلوبات الزكوية بعد اعادة تقييمها بما يتوافق مع متطلبات المعيار الشرعي 35 الصادر عن هيئة المحاسبة و المراجعة و بالاستناد على طريقة صافي الموجودات في تحديد هذا الوعاء، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في طرح المفاهيم المتعلقة بالمعيار في جانبها النظري وكذا منهج دراسة حالة لتطبيق متطلبات المعيار على المؤسسة الوطنية للبلاستيك بالمدية لسنة 2023. توصلت الدراسة الى انه يمكن تحديد الوعاء الزكوي في الشركات الاقتصادية إذا توفرت المعلومات الدقيقة والمفصلة لحسابات المؤسسة خاصة ما تعلق منها بالحسابات التي يجب اعادة تقيميها في نهاية الحول والحسابات التي تخصم منها الفائدة. :Abstract The study aims to determine the zakat base in economic companies by inventorying the assets and zakat obligations after re-evaluation in accordance with the requirements of the legal Standard 35 issued by the Authority accouting and auditing based on the net asset method in determining this fund, the study relied on the discriptive- analytical approach in presenting concepts related to the standard in its theoretical aspect as well as the study methodology .A case for applying the standard requirements to the National Plastics Company in Medea for the year 2023 The syudy concluded that the zakat base in economic companies can be determined if the information is available. The detailed and precise accounts of the institution, especially those that need to be re-evaluated at the end The round and accounts from which interest is deducted.
