الأمن الأسري بين التباث والضمور في النسق لبقيمي للمجتمع الجزائري- تحديات ورهانات

Résumé: الملخص: يشهد المجتمع الجزائري تحولات عميقة، تنبئ بتغيرات جدرية تمس النسيج الاجتماعي والاخلاقي والقيمي، مما أثر بشكل أو بآخر على الأسرة، التي أضحت اليوم تتأرجح بين ما هو ثابت من قيم و ما هو في حالة ضمور وزوال، هذا التأرجح فرض عليها مظاهر وسلوكيات لم تعهدها من قبل، ولعل أكثرها خطورة، ظهور ما يعرف بجرائم الأسرة. بالتالي بات البحث في موضوع الأمن الأسري يفرض نفسه كآلية من أجل الحفاظ على هذا الكيان الذي يعتبر صمام الأمان للمجتمع ككل. إذن في ظل هذه التجاذبات والتحديات التي تعيشها الأسرة الجزائرية اليوم جاء هذا المقال بعنوان " الأمن الأسري بين الثبات والضمور في النسق القيمي للمجتمع الجزائري- تحديات ورهانات- " من أجل الاجابة على التساؤلات التالية : ماهي أهم التحديات والرهانات التي تواجه الأمن الأسري في ظل التغيرات في النسق القيمي للمجتمع الجزائري ؟ وماهي الحلول لمواجهة هذه التغيرات ؟ و كيف يمكن للأسرة الجزائرية أن تكون مصدرا للأمن والسلم بدلا من العنف والجريمة ؟ Abstract: Algerian society witnessed profound transformations, which foreshadow radical changes affecting the social, moral and moral fabric, which in one way or another affected the family, which today is oscillating between the fixed values and the state of atrophy and demise, This swing imposed on them manifestations and behaviors not previously pledged, and perhaps the most serious, the emergence of what is known as the crimes of the family. Thus, research on family security has become a mechanism for maintaining this entity, which is the safety valve for society as a whole. Therefore, in light of these challenges and challenges faced by the Algerian family today, this article entitled "the Family Security between Stability and Ambivalence in the Values of Algerian Society -The Challenges and Stakes -" in order to answer the following questions: What are the most important challenges and challenges facing family security in light of the changes in the value structure of Algerian society? What are the solutions to face these changes? How can the Algerian family be a source of security and peace rather than violence and crime?
