دور مبادئ الحوكمة في انجاح التنمية المستدامة بالمؤسسات الاقتصادية، دراسة ميدانية لشركة مناجم الفوسفات تبسة Somiphos.

Résumé: بسبب طبيعة عمل المؤسسات الاقتصادية وتعدد نشاطاتها الاجتماعية الاقتصادية والبيئية...، اعتمدت هذه الاخيرة عدة آليات وأدوات تمكّنها من تحقيق التنمية المستدامة المنشودة. من بينها يبرز وفي سياق هذا الملتقى فلسفة أو مبادئ حوكمة المؤسسات الاقتصادية، الذي فرض تطبيقه وبنجاح على المستوى الدولي وفي شتى المجالات والمؤسسات الاقتصادية وغيرها.... واقتداءا بنجاح المؤسسات الاقتصادية الدولية التي مارست فلسفة الحكم الراشد وأقرت بنجاح هذه المبادئ في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة على مستوى مؤسساتها، اعتمدت الجزائر وبالتدريج تطبيق هذا المفهوم على مستوى مؤسساتها الاقتصادية، ومن بين هذه المؤسسات التي سنتطرق لها كدراسة ميدانية عبر هذه المداخلة نذكر شركة مناجم الفوسفات تبسة .SOMIPHOS وعليه تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إسقاط الضوء على مدى مساهمة مبادئ الحوكمة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بالشركة محل الدراسة الميدانية، من خلال دمج أبعاد التنمية المستدامة ضمن اهتمامات Somophos-Tebessa وبعث انسجام أبعاد هذه التنمية مع اهتمامات أصحاب المصلحة بالشركة، بما يعمل على تحقيق مستوى أداء عالي ومستدام ضمن أبعادها. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة التي تمت على مستوى شركة مناجم الفوسفات تبسة، وجود علاقة وتأثير إيجابي للحوكمة في تحقيق تنمية مستدامة بالشركة وفق بعديها الاقتصادي والبيئي، أما بخصوص البعد الاجتماعي فقد كانت العلاقة ضعيفة بينهما. Among them, in the context of this forum, a philosophy or principles of governance of economic institutions has been imposed, which have been successfully and successfully enforced on the international level and in various fields and economic and other institutions. Following the success of international economic institutions that practiced the philosophy of good governance and successfully approved these principles in achieving sustainable development at the level of their institutions, Algeria gradually adopted the application of this concept at the level of its economic institutions, and among these institutions that we will address as a field study through this intervention we mention: The Phosphate Mines Company SOMIPHOS Tebessa. Accordingly, this research paper aims to shed light on the extent to which the principles of governance contribute to achieving sustainable development in the company under study in the field, by integrating the dimensions of sustainable development within the interests of Somophos-Tebessa and the harmonization of the dimensions of sustainable development with the interests of the stakeholders of the company, in order to achieve a level of performance High and sustainable within its dimensions. The results of the study carried out at the level of the Phosphate Mines Company Tebessa showed that there is a relationship and a positive impact of governance in achieving sustainable development in the company according to its economic and environmental dimensions. As for the social dimension, the relationship between them was weak.
