القوة الناعمة الصينية في إفريقيا: الأدوات والوسائل

Résumé: يتناول هذا المقال بالدراسة والتحليل، مظاهر وصور القوة الناعمة الصينية في إفريقيا ،هذه الأخيرة باتت تشكل مستودع مصالح إستراتيجية بالنسبة للطرف الصيني خاصة في ظل تنامي سياسات التنافس الدولي عليها، ولعل أبرز قوى التنافس الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية التي مثلت أكبر عائق باتجاه تحقيق الأهداف الصينية في إفريقيا.ويخلص المقال إلى أن السياسات المنتهجة من طرف الصين والتي تندرج كلها في إطار القوة الناعمة ناهيك عن تنوع وتعددأدوات وأوجه القوة الناعمة الصينية شكل أهم عامل في نجاح وتثبيت الوجود الصيني في إفريقيا. This article sheds light on the aspects of China’s soft power in Africa, the latter has become warehouse of strategic interests for the Chinese side, especially in shade of growing international competition policies. The most prominent forces of competition are the united states, which was the biggest barrier in way of the Chinese objective in Africa. Finally, we conclude that the china’s politics as a soft power beside the diversity and the multiple tools which formed the most important factor in the existence and the success of China in Africa.
