الفكر الأصولي عند المحدثين الإمام ابن عبد البر أنموذجا من خلال كتابه جامع بیان العلم وفضله

Résumé: الملخص: علم أصول الفقه من أعظم العلوم الشرعية، وأعمها نفعا وأكثرها فائدة، وهو النظر في الأدلة الشرعية التي تؤخذ منها الأحكام الشرعية والتكاليف، ويعتبر الإمام ابن عبد البر من علماء الذين كانت لهم علامة فارقة في باب الأصول من خلال مصنفاته الحديثية، حيث برزت فيها شخصيته الأصولية، واختار الباحث من بين كتبه كتابه "جامع بيان العلم وفضله" الذي يزخر بمادة أصولية كثيرة سلط الباحث الضوء عليها وأظهر على إثرها الفكر الأصولي للإمام وبيان أهمية هذا العلم، من خلال النماذج التطبيقية المقترحة.
