Résumé: ملخص الدراسة: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة آفاق ومعوقات مساهمة التكنولوجيا الحديثة للاتصال في ضمان الجودة الشاملة للتعليم العالي بالجزائر، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفين واقتصر هذه الدراسة على مستوى بعض مؤسسات التعليم العالي بالجزائر، وقد استخدم الاستبيان والمقابلة كأدوات جمع البيانات في البحث، ومن خلال نتائج الدراسة توصل الباحث إلى أن هناك معوقات تحد من مساهمة التكنولوجيا الحديثة للاتصال في ضمان الجودة الشاملة للتعليم العالي بالجزائر، كما توصل إلى انه توجد عوامل نجاح ضمان الجودة الشاملة للتعليم العالي، وأنه يمكن اقتراح خطة إستراتيجية لأجل تطوير نظام التعليم العالي في ضوء ضمان الجودة الشاملة. الكلمات المفتاحية: التكنولوجيا الحديثة؛ الاتصال؛ الجودة الشاملة؛ التعليم العالي؛ الآفاق؛ المعوقات. Abstract: This study aims at identifying the horizons and obstacles of the contribution of modern technology to communication in ensuring the overall quality of higher education in Algeria, The researcher used the descriptive approach, This study was limited to some higher education institutions in Algeria, The questionnaire and interview were used as data collection tools in research, Through the results of the study, the researcher found that there are obstacles that limit the contribution of modern technology to communication in ensuring the overall quality of higher education in Algeria, He also found that there are success factors to ensure the overall quality of higher education, And that a strategic plan could be proposed for the development of the higher education system in the light of total quality assurance. key words: New technology, Connection, comprehensive quality, Higher Education, Prospects, Obstacles.
