الإستراتيجية الجزائرية لمواجهة التهديدات الأمنية الجديدة في منطقة الساحل والصحراء

Résumé: يقدم هذا المقال قراءة وصفية تحليلية للإستراتيجية الجزائرية لمواجهة التهديدات الأمنية اللاتماثلية في منطقة الساحل والصحراء، حيث يهدف إلى التركيز على واقع التهديدات الأمنية الجديدة المنتشرة بالمنطقة، فضلا عن التطرق لأسس الإستراتيجية الجزائرية، وصولا إلى رصد وتحليل أليات الإستراتيجية الجزائرية. لقد تم هندسة بحثنا بالإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والتاريخي والنظمي، ما مكننا من الوصول إلى عدة نتائج تتعلق بالأليات المعتمدة في الإستراتيجية الجزائرية الشاملة، المرتكزة على التنسيق والتعاون الأمني الإقليمي والأليات الدبلوماسية والسياسية لحل مشكلات الساحل والصحراء، فضلا عن الأليات الإقتصادية والإجتماعية والتنموية. This article provides a descriptive and analytical reading of the Algerian strategy to confront the new security threats in the Sahel and Sahara region, as it aims to focus on the reality of security threats spreading in the region, as well as to addressing the foundations of the Algerian strategy, leading to monitoring and analyzing the mechanisms of the Algerian strategy. Our research was engineered by relying on a descriptive , historical and systemic approach, which enabled us to reach several results related to the mechanisms adopted in the comprehensive Algerian strategy, based on coordination and regional security cooperation, diplomatic and political mechanisms to solve the problems of the Sahel and Sahara, as well as economic, social and development mechanisms
