أثر التغير المناخي على الهشاشة الأمنية في إفريقيا جنوب الصحراء: الاستدامة البيئية من أجل الأمن المستدام

Résumé: ملخص: تبحث هذه الدراسة في أثر التغيرات المناخية على الأمن الهش في دول إفريقيا جنوب الصحراء، وتهدف إلى الكشف عن أنماط التفاعل القائمة بين الهشاشة الأمنية في إفريقيا من جهة، والتغيرات المناخية من جهة أخرى، معتمدة في ذلك على المنهج التاريخي لتتبع جذور الهشاشة وتجلياتها، والمنهج المقارن للكشف عن مظاهر التدهور البيئي في إفريقيا جنوب الصحراء مقارنة بغيرها من المناطق، وذلك بالاستناد على مقاربة تحويلية تسعى إلى الغوص في مكامن الهشاشة الأمنية في إفريقيا جنوب الصحراء من أجل الكشف عن فرص معالجة وتعديل الأنساق البيئية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية المولدة للضعف والهشاشة، سعيا وراء "الاستدامة البيئية" كهدف مشترك بين الأفارقة وشركائهم الخارجيين، وهو ما من شأنه المحافظة على الشروط البيئية لتحقيق الأمن المستدام الذي ينشده الأفارقة منذ عقود. Abstract: This paper examines the impact of climate change on the fragile security in sub-Saharan Africa, and aims to reveal the existing patterns of interaction between security fragility in Africa on the one hand, And climate changes, on the other hand, depend on the historical method to trace the roots of fragility and its symptoms, and the comparative method to detect signs of environmental degradation in sub-Saharan Africa compared to other regions. This is based on a transformative approach that seeks to delve into the sources of security fragility in sub-Saharan Africa in order to uncover opportunities to address and modify the environmental, economic and social systems that generate vulnerability and fragility. in pursuit of environmental sustainability as a common goal between Africans and their external partners, which would maintain the environmental conditions to achieve the sustainable security that Africans yearns to for decades.
