مركز الضبط ومستوى السعادة النفسية لدى طلبة الجامعة -دراسة ميدانية بالمركز الجامعي سي الحواس بريكة-

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين مركز الضبط ومستوى السعادة النفسية، والكشف عن نوع مركز الضبط السائد ومستوى السعادة النفسية لدى طلاب المركز الجامعي سي الحواس بريكة ، ومعرفة ما إذا كانت هنالك فروق فيهما تبعا للجنس، اذ تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، واستخدام مقياس مركز الضبط، ومقياس السعادة النفسية، تم تطبيقهم على عينة مكونة من 86 طالب وطالبة، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى أن مستوى السعادة النفسية مرتفع لدى طلبة الجامعة وأن الاعتقاد السائد لديهم تمثل في مركز الضبط الخارجي، كما كشفت كذلك عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية عكسية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مركز الضبط والسعادة النفسية لدى طلبة الجامعة، كما توصلت أيضا إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مركز الضبط ومستوى السعادة النفسية تعزى لمتغير الجنس. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between locus of control and the level of psychological happiness, as well as to identify the prevalent type of locus of control and the level of psychological happiness among students at the University Center Si El-Houas Barika. It also sought to determine whether there are gender-based differences in both variables. The study relied on a descriptive correlational methodology and used the Locus of Control Scale and the Psychological Happiness Scale, applied to a sample of 86 male and female students. The study found that university students have a high level of psychological happiness and that the dominant belief among them is an external locus of control. It also revealed a statistically significant inverse correlation between locus of control and psychological happiness among the students. Furthermore, the study concluded that there were no statistically significant gender-based differences in locus of control and the level of psychological happiness.
