ظاهرة التأويل عند علماء العربية، كتاب الإنصاف في مسائل الخلاف لابن الأنباري"أنموذجا"

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة ظاهرة التأويل وهي من الظواهر اللغوية المتعددة، كالتقدير والتفسير والتعليل والقياس والحذف والزيادة وغيرها.وقد استرعت انتباهي ظاهرة التأويل-في استعمالها النحوي- عند اطلاعي على كتاب الإنصاف في مسائل الخلاف بين النحويين البصريين والكوفيين، وكيف أول كل فريق المسائل النحوية التي خالفت القاعدة لإثبات صواب رأيه. وخلصت في النهاية إلى النتائج الآتية: 1- التأويل –بوجه عام- هو صرف الكلام عن ظاهره إلى وجوه خفية تحتاج إلى تقدير وتدبر. 2- لجوء النحاة إلى هذه الظاهرة –ظاهرة التأويل- ليوافق كلامهم قواعد النحو وأحكامه. 3- تعدد دلالات هذا المصطلح؛ فدلالته بوصفه مصطلحا نحويا تختلف عنه بوصفه أحد المصطلحات الأساسية في علوم القرآن والتفسير. This study aims at studying the phenomenon of interpretation, which is one of the several linguistic phenomena like: estimation, justification, contruing, analogy, deletion, and addition....etc. Actually, the linguistic use of the phenomenon of interpretation has been brought to my attention when I consulted the book of 'fairness in issues of controversy between Kufian and Basrian grammarians' to Ibn Elanbari, and how each of the teams interpreted the issues that contradicted the rule to prove his opinion. I finally concluded that: - Interpretation, in general, refers to transforming speech from its surface to hidden faces that necessitate estimation and reflection. - The grammarians seek for this phenomenon so that their speech will conform to the rules and conventions of grammar. - This term has many connotations, and its connotation as a grammarian term differs from its connotation as one of the essential terms in quranic.
