توظيف الدبلوماسية الدينية في سياسة تركيا الشرق أوسطية.

Résumé: يشكل المعطى الديني والذاكرة الجمعية أحد العناصر المهمة التي ركّزت عليها الدبلوماسية التركية حيال منطقة الشرق الأوسط، كونها أحد الوسائل الناعمة في تحقيق أهدافها، سعيا منها في إعادة إحياء أمجادها العثمانية وخلق شبكة تواصلية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط لتوثيق الأواصر الدينية معها كأداة للتأثير في توجهات الرأي العام والقرار بما يتواءم ومصالحها. تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز جدوى وفعالية الدبلوماسية الدينية التركية حيال منطقة الشرق الأوسط في تحقيق أهداف السياسة الخارجية بين ثنائية الفرص والقيود، لاسيما بعد التحولات الجيوسياسية في المنطقة في مرحلة الراهنة التي تشهد تفاعلات بين متغيري الدين والسياسة. Religious giving and collective memory is one of the important elements that Turkish diplomacy has focused on in the Middle East region, as it is one of the soft means in achieving its goals، In an effort to revive its Ottoman glories and create a communication network in the Middle East region to document religious ties with it as a tool to influence the attitudes of public opinion and decision in line with its interests. The study aims to highlight the feasibility and effectiveness of Turkish religious diplomacy towards the Middle East region in achieving foreign policy goals in bilateral opportunities.
