الحوافز الضريبية ودروها في التأهيل البيئي للمنشآت المصنفة Tax Incentives And Their Role In The Environment Rehabilitation Of Classified Establishments

Résumé: ملخص: يتناول البحث بالدراسة والبيان أحد أهم الآليات المستحدثة لحماية البيئة من مختلف التأثيرات السلبية الناجمة عن استغلال المنشآت المصنفة، ويتعلق الأمر بالحوافز الضريبية التي تدفع أصحاب هذه المنشآت للاستجابة الطوعية لاعتماد التقنيات، والتكنولوجيات، والمعدات الصديقة للبيئة في عملية الاستغلال، ما يجعلها أداة فعالة للدفع باتجاه التأهيل البيئي لهذه المنشآت. إنّ هذا البحث محاولة لتسليط الضوء على دور الحوافز الضريبية، ومدى مساهمتها في حماية البيئة، من خلال بيان المقصود بها، وأهميتها، بالإضافة الى بيان صورها المختلفة، وكيفية تأثيرها على نشاط المنشآت المصنفة بغرض تأهيلها للانسجام مع محيطها الطبيعي. الكلمات الدالة: الحوافز – - البيئة – التأهيل – المنشآت المصنفة Summery : The research deals with the study and statement of one of the most important mechanisms developed to protect the environment from the various negative effects resulting from the exploitation of classified facilities, as they lead the owners of these facilities for a voluntary response to adopt environmentally friendly technologies and equipment in the exploitation process, which makes them an effective tool to push towards Environmental rehabilitation of classified facilities. This study is an attempt to shed light on the role of tax incentives, the extent of their contribution to protect the environment through an indication of what they are intended for, their importance in the field of environmental protection, in addition to showing their various images, and how they affect the activity of classified establishments with a view to qualifying them to harmonize with their natural surroundings.
