أخلاقيات مهنة الأرشيفي: مواثيق ومواقف

Résumé: تحمل ممارسة المهنة الأرشيفية مفارقة كبيرة، فالأرشيفي يعمل على تبليغ مجموعة من الوثائق واتاحتها بكل الوسائل من جهة، بينما يقوم بالتكتم ومنع الاطلاع على مجموعة من الوثائق الأخرى. وبين الإتاحة والمنع وباحترام التشريعات، تبقى أخلاقيات المهنة تحتل مساحة كبيرة في الممارسة. وهذا ما جعل هيئات دولية ووطنية تضبط مواثيق للأخلاقيات، كما جعل مجموعة من الأرشيفين يكتبون عن قضايا أخلاقية مست مهنتهم بعمق ودفعتهم لاتخاذ مواقف. The exercise of the profession of archivist entails a great paradox, because the archivist involved communicated a set of documents and made them accessible by all means, while keeping the secret and forbidding access to other documents. And between availability, prohibition, and compliance with the legislation, the professional ethics occupy a large place in the practice. This has led international and national organizations to establish codes of ethics and has led a group of archivists to write about ethical issues that have profoundly affected their profession and motivated them to take positions.
