جهود عبد الحقّ وابن يونس في خدمة المذهب المالكي بجزيرة صقلّيّة

Résumé: الملخص: كان دخول الإسلام إلى صقلّية في بداية القرن الثّالث الهجري، واستمرّ إلى نهاية القرن الخامس الهجري، وكان دخول المذهب المالكي إليها مبكّرا، ولأصحاب "سحنون" الدّور البارز في إرساء دعائم المذهب في شبه الجزيرة، ولم تتكوّن لها مدرسة من أبنائها إلّا في النّصف الأوّل من القرن الرّابع الهجري، وفي مقدمتهم "الصّقلّيّان"؛ عبد الحقّ وابن يونس، اللذان استطاعا الدّمج بين الاصطلاحين؛ القروي والعراقي، ويتجلّى هذا الدّمج من خلال كتابيهما: "النّكت والفروق" لعبد الحقّ، و"الجامع لمسائل المدوّنة" لابن يونس، حيث طارت بهما الرّكبان شرقا وغربا، وكانا محلّ إعجاب وتقدير واهتمام من جاء بعدهما من العلماء. Abstract The entry of Islam into Sicily was at the beginning of the third century AH, and it continued until the end of the fifth century AH, and the entry of the Maliki doctrine was early, and the followers of “Sahnoun” played a prominent role in laying the foundations of this doctrine on the peninsula. A school was not formed until the first half of the fourth century AH, led by the two companions who were able to combine the two terms; Al-Qarawi and Al-Iraqi, and it is evident through their two books: “Al-Nukkat and Al-Farq” and “Al-Jami’ Masa’il al-Mudawwana”, which were spread both in the east and west. They were admired and appreciated for those who came after them from among the scholars
