التطوع اللغوي وسيلة للأمن اللغوي العربي -قراءة في جهود الجمعية الجزائرية للدفاع عن اللغة العربية-

Résumé: تروم الورقة البحثية إلى البث في موضوع التطوع اللغوي الذي سبقنا إليه الغرب؛ فهل تُعد الظاهرة تبعية غربية وانبهار بمنجز الآخر الحضاري، أم ضرورة حتمية تمليها الظروف الحالية، لكونه يتصل بالأمن اللغوي والهوية الوطنية؛ وهو جوهر انتماء الفرد في اأمساس؛ لكون اللغة والهوية صنوان لا يفترقان أبدا. ويتوزع التطوع اللغوي بين تطوع حمائي للغة العربية وتطوع بنائي لها، وقبل التفصيل في ذلك لا بد من الإحاطة بمصطلح التطوع اللغوي، مع تحديد مجالاته ومعرفة الغاية من وراءه، والتنويه بالمؤسسات التي تعمل على ذلك خاصة بالجزائر، منها عينة الدراسة الجمعية الجزائرية للدفاع عن اللغة العربية، فما هي النتائج المتوصل إليها في الميدان، وما طبيعة العقبات التي تواجهها الجمعية في سبيل تحقيق أهدافها. وفي الأخير اقتراح بعض الحلول لتسهيل العقبات وتذليل الصعوبات. Abstract: The paper aims to research the subject of linguistic volunteerism; to which we preceded the West; Is it considered a Western dependence and a dazzling achievement of the other's civilization, or an imperative dictated by current circumstances, as it relates to linguistic security and national identity; It is the essence of the individual's affiliation and foundation, because language and identity are never dispersed, and the existence of signs of this phenomenon -- linguistic volunteerism -- can be acknowledged by our Arab scientists from ancient times. Linguistic volunteering is distributed between protective volunteering for Arabic language and constructive volunteering for Arabic language. And, before elaborating on this, the term "linguistic volunteerism" must be taken into account. Identifying its areas and knowing the purpose behind it, and noting the institutions that work on it, especially in Algeria, The Algerian Association for the Defence of the Arabic Language has identified a sample study, verifying the results achieved in the field and knowing the nature of the Society's obstacles. Finally, to propose solutions to that?
