Le Financement Des Laboratoires De Recherche Universitaires En Algerie : Cas Des Credits D’equipement Dans Le Cadre Du Fnrsdt

Résumé: For the Algerian University, the acquisition of scientific equipment is one of the means used by the researcher in its environment, allowing research laboratories the realization of the objectives of the themes posted by higher authorities. The State grants to the research laboratories of the universities of budgets for scientific research and technological development in the context of the F.N.R.S.D.T "national fund of scientific research and technological development"; it's the budget operation and equipment credits. The realization of public spending is necessarily achieved through respect for the regulation. Our work will mainly target the identification of the buying public part of the equipment allocated to research laboratories credits in Algerian universities.
