دراسة تأثير القدرات المعرفية غير اللفظية في آلية اِسترجاع اللغة لدى المصابين بحبسة بروكا في الوسط الاِكلينيكي الجزائري

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن تأثير القدرات المعرفية غير اللفظية على آلية اِسترجاع اللغة لدى الأشخاص الذين يعانون من حبسة بروكا؛ حيث تظهر هذه الورقة البحثية نظرة عامة على جانبين مهمّين من القدرات المعرفية غير اللفظية: (الذاكرة البصرية الفضائية والمرونة المعرفية). بلغت عينة الدراسة 30 حالة تعاني من حبسة بروكا؛ حيث تم تقييم الذاكرة البصرية الفضائية والمرونة المعرفية، بالإضافة إلى مهام اللغة الشفهية في شقيها الاِنتاجي والفهم. توصلت نتائج الدراسة التي تحصلنا عليها من مخرجات النموذج الاِحصائي للاِنحدار الخطي المتعدد، على أن المرونة المعرفية هي أكثر عامل مؤثر دال إحصائياً، باِعتبارها مؤشراً هاماً تساهم في آلية اِسترجاع اللغة الشفهية (الفهم الشفهي والاِنتاج الشفهي) لدى الأشخاص الذين يعانون من حبسة بروكا؛ وبالتالي هي أساس الأداء التنفيذي والمعالجة المعرفية. بينما لم يكن هناك تأثير هام للذاكرة البصرية الفضائية. This study aims to investigate the effect of non-verbal cognitive abilities on the mechanism of language recovery in people with Broca's aphasia. This research paper shows an overview of two important aspects of non-verbal cognitive abilities: (visual-spatial memory and cognitive flexibility).The study sample was 30 cases with Broca's aphasia, where visual-spatial memory, cognitive flexibility, and oral language (production and comprehension) were assessed. The results of the study, which we obtained from the outputs of the multiple linear regression statistical model, concluded that cognitive flexibility is the most influential and statistically significant factor, as it is an important indicator that contributes to the mechanism of oral language retrieval (oral production and oral comprehension) among people who suffer from Broca’s aphasia and is, therefore, the basis Executive functioning and cognitive processing. At the same time, there was no significant effect of visual-spatial memory.
