Résumé: نسعى من خلال هذه المقالة على مقاربة تحديدات النص و/أو الخطاب القانوني لسانيا وسيميائيا وتداوليا لنصل إلى مقاربة الكيفيات الدلالية للمصطلح القانوني المبنية على الكفاءات اللغوية للدارس والمتخصص القانوني وهذا قصد تبيان الصعوبات والاكراهات التي تواجه المتخصص لفهم آليات المصطلح وغايتنا في كل ذلك وضع قراءة منهجية للمصطلح القانوني خاصة والنص القانوني عامة. Abstract: Through this article, we seek to approach the determinations of the text and/or the legal discourse, linguistically, semiotically, and pragmatically, in order to reach an approach to the semantic qualities of the legal term based on the linguistic competencies of the student and the legal specialist. The legal term in particular and the legal text in general.
