ترجمة المصطلح الإداري القانوني -قراءة في المنجز العربي- Translation Of The Legal Administrative Term -reading In Arabic Achievement

Résumé: نحاول في هذه الورقة البحثية أن نسلط الضوء على خصائص النصوص القانونية والإدارية، والأمور التي يجب أن يأخذها المترجم بعين الاعتبار عند ترجمته لهذا النوع من النصوص، ثم الأسباب الكامنة وراء اختلاف المٌسميات الإدارية في الوطن العربي، والجهود المضنية التي تم بذلها في هذا الشأن، وأخيرا دراسة مقارنة لبعض المعاجم والقواميس التي تم تأليفها من كٌتّــــاب من ربوع الوطن العربي الكبير؛ بغية الوقوف على المشاكل التي تعاني منها ترجمة المصطلحات الإدارية القانونية في تحديد المعنى الدقيق للفظة في المعاجم الثنائية. we try in this paper ,to highlight the characteristics of the legal and administrative texts, and what the translator should take into account when translating this type of texts.Further more the reasons behind the differences of administrative terms in the Arab world , and the efforts that were made in this regard. finally a comparative study of some of the dictionaries by authors from North Africa and Middle east ; in order to identify the problems of translation of administrative terminology. As well the active role of the theory of semantic fields in determining the precise meaning of the word in binary lexicons.
