Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على فاعلية برنامج تعليمي مقترح للتصور العقلي في تعلم بعض المهارات الأساسية لكرة اليد لدى تلاميذ الطور المتوسط، ولهذا الغرض اعتمدنا على المنهج التجريبي بتصميم المجموعتين متجانستين (ضابطة-تجريبية) ذات القياسات القبلية والبعدية، حيث بلغت عينة الدراسة 16 تلميذ تم تقسيمهم بالتساوي على مجموعتي الدراسة، و تمثلت أدوات الدراسة بعض الاختبارات البدنية للمهارات قيد الدراسة، وفي نهاية الدراسة تم توصل إلى أن للبرنامج التعليمي المقترح للتصور العقلي أثر إيجابي في تعلم بعض المهارات الأساسية لكرة اليد (التمرير والاستقبال، التنطيط، التصويب ) لدى تلاميذ الطور المتوسط. Abstract: This study aims to identify the effectiveness of a proposed educational program for mental visualization in learning some basic handball skills for middle school students. For this purpose, we relied on the experimental method by designing two homogeneous groups (control-experimental) with pre- and post-measurements, where the study sample was 16 people. Students were divided equally into the two groups of the study. The study tools were some physical tests for the skills under study. At the end of the study, it was concluded that the proposed educational program for mental visualization had a positive impact on learning some basic handball skills (passing, receiving, dribbling, shooting) among students Intermediate stage
