Résumé: This research deals with the investigation of a valuable treatise entitled: Forty Hadiths on the Virtue of the Elimination of the Need of a Muslim by Sheikh Ahmed bin Mubarak Al-Lami Al-Sijilmasi. One of the scholars of the twelfth century AH, and the research aimed to stop researchers on the extent to which scholars of the Islamic West pay attention to the hadith in terms of narration and know-how. تناول هذا البحث تحقيق رسالة نفيسة بعنوان: أربعون حديثا في فضل قضاء حاجة المسلم للشيخ أحمد بن مبارك اللمطي السجلماسي؛ أحد علماء القرن الثاني عشر الهجري، كما رام البحث إيقاف الباحثين على مدى عناية علماء الغرب الإسلامي بالحديث النبوي من حيث الرواية والدراية.
