السلوك التنظيمي وعلاقات السلطة والقوة (المفهوم والأبعاد) -مقاربة تحليلية في ضوء نظرية التحليل الاستراتيجي لـ: "ميشال كروزيه" -

Résumé: الملخص: يمثل هذا المقال إسهاما نظريا تحليليا لموضوع السلوك التسييسي التنظيمي وعلاقات السلطة والقوة وفق اقتراب تنظيري من مقاربة التحليل الاستراتيجي لميشال كروزيه, والمساهمة في إيضاح نقاط الظل بين الرؤيتين في دراستهما للفعل والسلوك التنظيمي اللاعقلاني, وكذا لفت الانتباه إلى أهمية الاستناد إلى المقاربة المذكورة في تحليل السلوك التسييسي والممارسات الإستراتيجية, بالإضافة إلى تحديد مفاهيم السلطة والقوة وربطهما بالسلوك السياسي التنظيمي من جهة, والسلوك الاستراتيجي من جهة أخرى, ومن ثم إدراك مدى علائقية المفهوم بالرؤية الاستراتيجية استنادا على أهم المقولات الأساسية التحليلية لكل منهما. Le résumé This article is a contribution in theory analytical to the subject of regulatory politicization and relations of power and authority in accordance with the approaching theoretical approach of strategic analysis for "Michel Crozet," and contribute to clarify the shadow points between visions in their study of the act and organizational behavior irrational, as well as draw attention to the importance of building on the approach described in the analysis of the behavior of politicization strategy and practices, in addition to identifying the concepts of power and political power and linked to organizational behavior on the one hand, and strategic behavior on the other hand, and then recognize how a relational concept of strategic vision based on the most basic analytical categories each.
