الضغط النفسي لدى الممرضين بمصلحة الاستعجالات بمستشفى الحكيم عقبي
Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى إدراك الضغط النفسي لدى الممرضين بمصلحة الاستعجالات بمستشفى الحكيم عقبي . وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث طبقنا مقياس لفنستاين وآخرون (Levenstein et al) ،على عينة تتكون من (60) ممرض وممرضة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى: - مستوى إدراك الضغط النفسي متوسط لدى الممرضين - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى إدراك الضغط النفسي حسب متغير الجنس . - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى إدراك الضغط النفسي لدى الممرضين حسب متغير الخبرة . الكلمات المفتاحية :إدراك الضغط النفسي، الممرضين . Abstract This study aimed to explore the level of perception of psychological stress among the nurses in the department of emergency at hospital al-hakim okbi –Guelma. The study was based on the descriptive analytical method, where we applied the scale (Levenstein et al), on a sample of (60) nurses, and the study found: - the level of perception of psychological stress is low among nurses . - there are no significant differences in level of perception of stress among nurses according to sex variable. - there are no significant differences in level of perception of stress among nurses according to experience variable. .Keywords : perception of psychological stress, nurses
