العلاقة جامعة-مؤسسة اقتصادية ومخرجاتها من النشر العلمي، حسب تصنيف ليدن - دراسة حالة الجامعات الجزائرية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع العلاقة جامعة-مؤسسة اقتصادية في الجزائر محليا ودوليا من جهة، ومن جهة ثانية التطرق لمخرجات هذه العلاقة من النشر المشترك للبحوث العلمية، بالاعتماد على التصنيف العالمي للجامعات CWTS Leiden Ranking، ضمن المجال الزمني 2019-2023، وكذا التعرف على الجامعات الجزائرية المدرجة ضمن هذا التصنيف، وترتيبها ضمن مختلف جامعات الدول المغاربية. وتوصل البحث إلى وجود فجوة في العلاقة بين الجامعات الجزائرية والمؤسسات الاقتصادية تبعا لترتيبها العالمي، وضعف النشر العلمي المشترك بمختلف أشكال التعاون لاسيما بالتعاون مع المؤسسات الاقتصادية، التي يعتمدها تصنيف ليدن ضمن مؤشراته الفرعية في إحصائه وترتيبه للجامعات. This research paper aims to shed light on the reality of the university-economic institution relationship in Algeria locally and internationally on the one hand, and the outputs of this relationship from scientific publishing on the other hand, based on the CWTS Leiden Ranking, within the time range 2014-2023. In order to identify the Algerian universities included in this classification, and the ranking of these universities within the various universities of the Maghreb countries. The research found that there is a gap in the relationship between Algerian Universities and economic institutions according to their global ranking, and the weakness of joint scientific publishing in various forms of cooperation, especially in cooperation with economic institutions, which is adopted by the Leiden Classification within its sub-indicators in its statistics and ranking for universities
