نَقدٌ الذّهن الْمُنتِج للاقْتِصَاد السِّياسيّ "إعادة طرح الإقتصاد السياسي والعودة للأساسيات"

Résumé: الملخص: يستلزم نَقد الْعِلم الاجْتماعيّ إجراءَ النَّقد الْأوَّلي لمُكونَات الْحضَارة الْمُنتَجة له، وبالتَّالي نَقد الذّهن الصَّانع لهذا الْعِلم الْكَاشف عن قوانينِه الْموضوعيَّة. ولأنَّ الاقْتِصَاد السِّياسيّ عِلمٌ أورُوبيّ النَّشأة؛ فيجب أن نَتَعرَّف إلى مُكونات الْحضَارة الْأورُوبيَّة الَّتي أنتَجته؛ كَيْ نَفهم الظروف الْموضوعيَّة والتَّاريخيَّة الْلتَين أدَّتا إلى تشكّله كعلمٍ اجْتماعيّ على النَّحو الَّذي هو بين أيدينا الآن؛ ومن ثم يمكننا نَقده دَاخليًّا وخارجيًّا. والفرضيَّة الْمنهجيَّة الَّتي أطرحها هنا هي أنَّ الْحضَارة الأورُوبيَّة المنتجة للاقْتِصَاد السِّياسيّ تتألَّف من ثلاثة مُكونات مُترابطة، بل مُتلاحمة، أثَّرت بدورها في نشأة عِلم الاقْتِصَاد السِّياسيّ وتَحديد مَوضوعه ومَنهجه. تلك الْمكونات هي: الْمَسيحيَّة الرُّومانيَّة، والمجد الرُّومانيّ، والْعِلم الْيونانيّ. ولسوف أنشغل في بَحثي هذا بتحليل دور هذه المكونات، الَّتي صاغت الذِّهن الْأورُوبيّ نفسه، في تشكيل موضوع علم الاقْتِصَاد السِّياسيّ، ومنهجه. الكلمات المفتاحية: نقد الحضارة، المركزية الاروبية، الذهن المنتج للاقتصاد السياسية. Abstract : Criticism of social science requires a preliminary criticism of the components of civilization that produce it, and thus criticism of the mind that creates this science and reveals its objective laws. And because the political economy is a science of European origin; We must get acquainted with the components of the European civilization that produced it. In order to understand the objective and historical conditions that led to its formation as a social science in the way it is in our hands now; Then we can criticize it internally and externally. The methodological hypothesis that I put forward here is that the European civilization that produces political economy consists of three interrelated, even coherent, components that, in turn, influenced the emergence of the science of political economy and the definition of its subject and method. Those components are: Roman Christianity, Roman glory, and Greek flag. In this research, I will be preoccupied with analyzing the role of these components, which shaped the European mind itself, in shaping the subject of political economy science and its approach.
