Libéralisation Du Marché Gazier De L’union Européenne : Quelles Conséquences Sur Le Comportement Stratégique Du Fournisseur Algérien De Gaz ?

Résumé: يتميز تنظيم سوق الغاز في الاتحاد الأوروبي منذ فترة طويلة بالتكامل الرأسي والأفقي القوي، تكاملا مزدوج تحقق على مدى عقود. إلا الوضع اليوم تغير مع تحرير الدولة، أي تحرير سوق الغاز منذ عام 1998، فالاتحاد الأوروبي اعتمد ثلاثة توجهات بطريقة تدريجية، ويكشف ذلك السلوك الاستراتيجي لشركات الغاز وشركة سوناطراك، مع أن هذه الأخيرة اعتمدت استراتيجيات أخرى مع عملائها الرئيسيين، وهما فرنسا وإسبانيا. وأظهرت هذه الدراسة أن الشركة الجزائرية سوناطراك تغيير سلوكها الاستراتيجي مع عملائها الأوروبيين للتكيف أكثر وتحقق تحرير سوق الغاز والتكامل المطلوب من قبل سوناطراك، مع أن ذلك هاجس للأوروبيين. كلمات البحث: السلوك الاستراتيجي، التحرير، سوق الغاز والاتحاد الاوروبي، سوناطراك. Abstract: The gas market of the European Union met for a long time in an organization characterized by strong vertical and horizontal integration, a double integration that has served the union for decades .However, the situation has changed, and the transition to the state of liberalization is on the agenda since 1998. The liberalization of the gas market of the European Union occurred after the adoption of three directives in a progressive manner, it found that the consequences are detectable on the strategic behavior of gas companies, Sonatrach, in Algerian side, has adopted other strategies with its main customers, namely, France and Spain. This study demonstrated that the Algerian company Sonatrach change his strategic behavior concerning its European customers, to adopt other more suitable to the liberalization of the gas market, integration of the downstream face as a choice so Sonatrach desired , but dreaded by Europeans.
