إدارة المخاطر ودورها في تحسين الأداء المصرفي " دراسة ميدانية بالبنك الوطني الجزائري "

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور إدارة المخاطر في المصارف وانعكاس ذلك على أدائها، ومن أجل الوصول إلى هذا الهدف تم استخدام استبانة وُجِّهت لعينة عشوائية، من خلال دراسة ميدانية على البنك الوطني الجزائري في ضوء المتغيرات والتطورات الحالية. وكان من أهم النتائج المتحصل عليها، وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لإدارة المخاطر في تحسين الأداء في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة العمل على وضع سياسات وقوانين وإجراءات كافية وقادرة على حماية المصرف من المخاطر، من أجل تحسين الأداء والنهوض به إلى مستويات متقدمة من الرقي. This study aimed at identifying the role of risk management in banks and its reflection on their performance. In order to reach this goal, a questionnaire directed to a random sample was used, through a field study on the National Bank of Algeria in the light of the current changes and developments, One of the most important results obtained was the presence of a statistically significant impact of risk management in improving the performance of the institution under study, as the study recommended the need to work on developing adequate policies, laws and procedures capable of protecting the bank from risks in order to upgrade performance and advance it to advanced levels Of sophistication.
