Résumé: Given the leading role played by banks in most economies of the world, especially in developing countries, because they finance the majority of projects in the economies of countries. Thus, the poor governance and exposure to risk means the failure of the economy as a whole. To benefit from them in reducing the risks, where the results obtained to the existence of a positive relationship between these variables. The study also showed that the banking agency under study has not yet reached the required level in establishing the principles of governance, so I have made some suggestions that can contribute to change for the better.
