إدارة المخاطر المصرفية في البنوك التقليدية والإسلامية– دراسة تحليلية مقارنة

Résumé: تعتبر إدارة المخاطر المصرفية صمام أمان البنوك التقليدية والإسلامية على حد سواء في ضل بيئة تنافسية تتسم بالتعقيد والمخاطرة، لذا أصبحت اليوم قدرة البنك على البقاء والاستمرارية مرهونة بمدى كفاءة وفعالية إدارة المخاطر المصرفية في مواجهة مختلف المخاطر والتنبؤ بها وقياسها ومعالجتها. بحيث قامت الدراسة بإلقاء الضوء على مختلف المخاطر التي تهدد عمل البنوك التقليدية والإسلامية وسبل إدارتها وفق معايير لجنة بازل للرقابة المصرفية ومجلس الخدمات المالية الإسلامية بأسلوب مقارن، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن البنوك التقليدية والبنوك الإسلامية تعطي أهمية بالغة لإدارة المخاطر المصرفية لكن بطريقة مختلفة حسب طبيعة نوع المخاطر المصرفية. Abstract: Considers banking risk management of traditional and Islamic banks are safe both in the competitive environment are complex and risk valve so today the bank’s ability to survive and continuity coupled with the efficiency and effectiveness of various risks and predictable measured and processed. So that the study shed light on the various risks that threaten the work of traditional and Islamic banks and ways to manage according to the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision and the Islamic Financial Services Board comparative style standards, the study concluded that the traditional and Islamic banks give great importance to the management of banking risk, but in a different way depending on the nature of the type of risk banking.
