Résumé: In order to improve their performance, companies aim to automate the internal management of their activities by using new technologies. The trend these days is with ERP becoming more and more answered. The Odoo open source solution reduces cost and brings a gain in productivity and efficiency. Through our project, we have managed to optimize the management of the employee's expense report Our solution combines Open source ERP Odoo with Android. We have made changes to Odoo's SDP spend management module, which is a part of HRM. This module is connected to a mobile application to allow the employee to have simple and easy portable management of the NDF by adding the OCR technique for automatic management.
