فعالية برنامج إرشادي لتدعيم السعادة والأمن النفسي كما يدركها المسنون

Résumé: بحثت الدراسة فعالية برنامج إرشادي لتدعيم الشعور بالسعادة والأمن النفسي للمسنون حيث تظل السعادة قمة مطالب الإنسان في هذه الحياة بل ومن أهم أهدافها لتي يسعى إلى تحقيقها بغض النظر عن مصدرها والتعبير عنها، كما يعد الأمن النفسي من أهم مقومات الحياة لكل الأفراد، إذ يتطلع إليه الإنسان في كل زمان ومكان، من مهده إلى لحده، فإذا ما وجد ما يهدده في نفسه وماله وعرضه ودينه، هرع إلى ملجأ آمن ينشد فيه الأمن والأمان والسكينة، ويمكن النظر إلى مرحلة الشيخوخة على أنها مرحلة من العجز، لأنها تأتى وفى طياتها كل أشكال ومظاهر الضعف والتدهور في كافة المستويات، ومن ثم فهي تحتاج إلى رعاية خاصة تشمل كافة المستويات . The study aimed to testthe effectiveness of a pilotprogramto boosthappiness, psychological andsecurity Happiness is not only the most important human demand in this life but also the most important objective he seeks to achieve, regardless of its source or how to express it. Also, Psychological security is one of the most important necessities of life for all individuals as Man seeks it in every time and place, from the cradle to the severity. if the human faces what threatens him , his wealth , honor or religion, he rushed to a safe refugee where he seeks security , safety and tranquility. Wecan look at aging as a stage of the deficit, as it comes up with all forms and aspects of weakness and deterioration in all levels. Hence, it needs special care that includes all levels.
