كتاب (تأسيس النظر/النظائر): دراسة تحليليَّة نقديَّة عن عُنوانه ومؤلِّفه

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة كتاب (تأسيس النظر/النظائر) من حيث مؤلِّفه وعنوانه، حيث إن هناك تساؤلاتٍ علميَّة تثور حول هذين الأمرين المهمين، وهي بحاجة إلى إجابة مفصَّلة، منها ما يتعلق بعنوانه؛ هل هو تأسيس النظر، أم تأسيس النظائر، أم أنهما كتابان مستقلان؟ ومنها ما يتعلق بمؤلِّف الكتاب؛ هل هو أبو الليث السمرقندي، أم أنه أبو زيد الدبوسي، أم أنه أبو جعفر السُّرماري؟ حيث نُسب الكتاب إلى كلٍّ من هؤلاء الثلاثة، من قِبَل عددٍ من العلماء والباحثين. وقد حاول الباحث الإجابة عن هذه الأسئلة معتمدًا على مناهج علمية، كالمنهج الاستقرائي والمنهج التحليلي، وتوصَّل إلى نتائج مهمة، منها: إن العلماء والباحثين وإن اختلفوا في اسم هذا الكتاب، بين تأسيس النظائر وتأسيس النظر، غير أن الذي ترجَّح عند الباحث، من خلال هذه الدراسة، أن الاسم الصحيح (أو الدقيق) لهذا الكتاب هو: تأسيس النظائر. أما عن مؤلِّف هذا الكتاب فإنه أبو الليث السمرقندي، وإنما جاء القاضي الدبوسي وشَرَحَ الكتاب، وأضاف إليه بعض الإضافات في الأصول والأمثلة. The research aims to study the book (Tasis Al-nazar/nazaer) in terms of its real author and title, as there are questions raised about these two important issues, such as what is the real title of this book, Is it Tasis Al-nazar or Tasis Al-Nazaer? Or these are two different books? And who is the author of this book; is it Abu Al-Layth Al-Samarkandi or Abu Zaid Al-Dabousi or Abu Jaafar Al-Surmari? As the book was attributed to each of these three authors by a number of scholars and researchers. The researcher answered to these important questions relying on several scientific methods, including the inductive and analytical method, and reached to some important results such as the correct name of the book, as the researcher found within the research is that Tasis Al-Nazaer and the author of the book is Abu al-Layth al-Samarqandi, but Abu-Zaid al-Dabousi explained the book, and added some principles and examples to the original book.
