أثر برامج الدعم التنموية على القطاع الزراعي والأمن الغذائي في الجزائر

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الى التعريف بأهم برامج الدعم والتمويل الزراعي، وتحليل أثرها على أداء القطاع، وتحقيق الأمن الغذائي في الجزائر بالتركيز على عدة مؤشرات تشرح كلا المتغيرين، وقد توصلنا الى أنه كلما كان الأداء الزراعي جيد كانت مؤشرات الأمن الغذاء جيدة، والعكس صحيح، وأن البرامج التمويلية كان لها تأثير إيجابي على بعض المنتجات الزراعية على عكس شعبة القمح الذي يبقى تحقيق الأمن الغذائي مرهونا بها. The study aimed at introducing the most important agricultural support and financing programs, analyzing their impact on the performance of the sector, and achieving food security in Algeria by focusing on several indicators that explain both variables. The financing programs have had a positive impact on some agricultural products, in contrast to the wheat sector, on which the achievement of food security remains dependent
