أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصال على التشارك المعرفي بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية (دراسة ميدانية بمديرية المشاريع لمؤسسة كوندور) The Impact Of Information And Communication Technology On The Knowledge-sharing Of The Algerian Economic Institution(field Study Of The Condor Enterprise Project Directorate)

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الى ابراز أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصال على التشارك المعرفي بمديرية المشاريع لمؤسسة (كوندور) للصناعات الالكترونية ببرج بوعريريج ،وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال التطرق الى التأصيل النظري لكل من تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصال والتشارك المعرفي ومراجعة الدراسات السابقة ،و بالاستعانة ببرنامج الحزم الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss .v20) حيث تم تحليل استجابات عينة ميسرة قدرها (45) فرد من اطارات و عمال مديرية المشاريع لمؤسسة كوندور ،وقد خلصت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج أهمها أن تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال تفسر (37,3%) من التشارك المعرفي ،كما أنا تنامي تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصال بوحدة واحدة يعزز التشارك المعرفي ب(72,3%) ،كما قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها على ادارة المؤسسة العمل على تعزيز استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصال في جميع المعاملات بين الموظفين و القيام بدورات تكوينية لتحسين مستواهم . The study aims at highlighting the impact of information and communication technology on the knowledge sharing of the Project Directorate of the Electronic Industries Corporation (Condor), and used the analytical descriptive approach by addressing the theoretical details of information technology, communication, knowledge sharing, review of previous studies, and using the )STS (program Social (SPSS.V20) The study has analyzed the responses of a sample of 45 individuals from the Condor Enterprise Project Department's frameworks and workers, and has found several results, the most important of which is that information and communication technology (37.3%) explain knowledge sharing, as well as the growth of information technology and communication with one unit Promotes knowledge sharing (72.3%),The study also made a series of recommendations, the most important of which is for the management of the enterprise to promote the use of information technology and communication in all transactions between employees and to perform a set of organizational cycles to improve their level.
