المعالجة الإعلامية لقضايا فساد النخبة الحاكمة في الجزائر، دراسة تحليلية على عينة من يومية الشعب خلال الفترة من 08جوان 2019 إلى 18 جوان 2019

Résumé: نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على معالجة الصحافة الجزائرية المكتوبة لقضايا فساد النخبة الحاكمة وهذا بعد الحراك الشعبي في الجزائر سنة 2019، وهي الفترة التي شهدت تغيرا في أعلى هرم السلطة بالجزائر بعد تنحي الرئيس السابق عبد العزيز بوتفليقة عن الحكم تحت ضغط الشارع، لتشهد الجزائر مرحلة إنتقالية كانت مليئة بالمحاكمات والكشف على العديد من قضايا الفساد التي تورطت بها النخبة الحاكمة، وشهدت هاته المحاكمات تغطية واسعة من الصحافة الجزائرية، حيث قمنا في هاته الدراسة باختيار عينة من جريدة الشعب في الفترة الممتدة من 08جوان 2019 إلى 18 جوان 2019، وقد قمنا بالاستعانة بأداة تحليل المضمون ل10 أعداد خلال فترة إجراء الدراسة وتوصلنا إلى أن يومية الشعب قد خصصت مساحة معتبرة لتغطية المحاكمات والكشف على تفاصيل قضايا فساد مرتكبة من طرف النخبة الحاكمة خلال فترة إجراء الدراسة The present study aims at shedding light upon the algerian written press’s treatment of corruption issues apropos the governing elite, and this, right after the popular movement in Algeria occurred in 2019, a juncture that has witnessed a significant change at the top of the pyramid of power in Algeria after the former President Abdelaziz Bouteflika had descended the throne due to the street pressure. Then, Algeria had to witness a transitional stage rife with trials and disclosure of an awful lot corruption cases involving the governing elite, and these trials witnessed a wide coverage from the algerian press. In this study, we selected a sample from "Ech-Chaab" newspaper in the period from June 8th 2019 to June 18th 2019, and we used a content analysis tool for 10 issues amongst the period of conducting the study. In addition, we concluded that the "Ech-Chaab" newspaper has devoted a noteworthy space to cover trials and reveal the details of corruption cases committed by the governing elite during the study period
