جائحــة كـورونــا وإنعكاســها علـى الآداء الـوظيفـي لــدى عمــال الجمـاعـات المحليـــــة دراســة ميدانيــة فـي بلديـــة عيــن البيضــــــاء ورقلـــــــــة
Résumé: إنطلقت هذه الدراسة من فرضية مفادها أن وباء كورونا إنعكس على الآداء الوظيفي لعمال بلديــــة عين البيضاء ولاية ورقلة إنعكاسا سلبيا مقلقا . وللإجابة على هذه الإشكالية تم صياغة الفرضيات الفرعية التالية : 01 –إنعكس وباء كورونا إنعكاسا سلبيا مقلقا على نمط الإشراف في بلدية عين البيضاء. 02 - إنعكس وباء كورونا إنعكاسا سلبيا مقلقا على إتخاذ القرار في بلدية عين البيضاء. 03 - إنعكس وباء كورونا إنعكاسا سلبيا مقلقا على أساليب الوقاية والسلامة لعمال بلدية عين البيضاء. وقد تم الإعتماد على الإجراءات المنهجية المتمثلة في المنهج الوصفي وإستخدام آداة جمع البيانات المتمثلة في إستمارة الإستبيان على عينة عشوائية طبقية بحجم 45 مفردة وقد تم التوصل إلى إستنتاج عام مفاده أن وباء كورونا إنعكس إنعكاسا سلبيا مقلقا على الآداء الوظيفي للعاملين بنسبة 66 % نتيجة تحقق الفرضية الأولى وعدم تحقق الفرضية الثانية والثالثة . This staudywas launched from the hypothesis that the corona epidemic reflected negatively and worryingly on the job preformance of workers in the municipality of ainalbaydaouargla . To answer this problem the following sub – hypotheses have been frmulated: 01 – the corona epidemic had a worrying negative impact on the pattern of supervision in the municipality of ain al – bayda . 02 - the corona epidemic had a worrying negative impact on the decision – making in the municipality of ain al – bayda . 03 – the corona epidemic has a negative worrying reflection on the prevention and safety methods of ain al – bayda municipality workers The methodological procedures represented in the describtive approach and the use of the observation tool and questionnaire were based on a startified random sample of 45 individuals . Ageneral conclusion was reached that the corona epidemic was reflected in the job performance of employees by by 66 % as a result of the realization of the first hypothesis and the failure of the second and third hypotheses.
