علاقة المعجم المدرسي باللغة العربية الفصحى في ضوء جهود المجلس الأعلى للغة العربية ، مداخلة (القاموس المدرسي المنشود) لصالح بلعيد، أنموذجا

Résumé: في هذه المدخلة الموسومة بالعنوان المدون أعلاه، حاولت التركيز على الجهود المعتبرة التي يبذلها المجلس الأعلى للغة العربية في خدمة اللغة العربية الفصحى ، والعناية الفائقة التي خصها بها من أجل النهوض بها والسير قدما لمواكبة روح التطور العلمي والتكنولوجي الذي يشهده العالم المتحضر في إطار تطوره في شتى المجالات ومختلف الميادين . واتضح لنا بأن المجلس الأعلى للغة العربية منذ نشأته لم يدخر جهدا في السهر على خدمة اللغة العربية ، ورد الاعتبار لها ، بعد أن أهملها وهمشها الكثير من أبنائها غير المخلصين ، وخير دليل عل ذلك تلك الملتقيات الوطنية والندوات الفكرية والمواضيع المنشورة دوريا في مجلة اللغة العربية . ومن بين المسائل التي اهتم بها المجلس الأعلى للغة العربية مسألة القواميس اللغوية والمعاجم، حيث خصص لها يوما دراسيا مهما دعا فيه مجموعة معتبرة من الأساتذة الباحثين في مجال الاختصاص وأساتذة جامعيين ، وقد أشرت إلى تلك المداخلات التي قدمها أصحابها في جلستين الأولى صباحية والثانية مسائية . كما تعرضت بالشرح والتحليل للمداخلة التي تقدم بها البروفيسور صالح بلعيد الرئيس الحالي للمجلس الأعلى للغة العربية ، والتي تعرض فيها للحديث عن أهمية المعجم المدرسي الذي يفتقده تلامذتنا ومعلمونا ، داعيا في الوقت نفسه القائمين على المنظومة التربوية والمشرفين على العملية التربوية والتعليمية وكذا أهل الاختصاص إلى أخذ المسألة مأخذ الجد غيرة على اللغة وحفظا لها. In this entry marked with the title written above, I have tried to focus on the considerable efforts exerted by the Supreme Council of the Arabic Language in the service of the classical Arabic language, and the great care it has devoted to it in order to advance it and move forward to keep pace with the spirit of scientific and technological development witnessed by the civilized world in the context of its development in various fields and various fields. It became clear to us that the Supreme Council of the Arabic Language, since its inception, spared no effort in ensuring the service of the Arabic language, and rehabilitating it, after it was neglected and marginalized by many of its unfaithful sons. Among the issues that the Supreme Council of the Arabic Language was concerned with was the issue of linguistic dictionaries and dictionaries, as it allocated a study day for it, in which it invited a significant group of professors, researchers in the field of specialization and university professors, and I referred to those interventions made by their owners in the first morning and second evening sessions. I also explained and analyzed the intervention made by Professor Saleh Belaid, the current president of the Supreme Council of the Arabic Language, in which he talked about the importance of the school lexicon, which our students and teachers lack, calling at the same time those in charge of the educational system and supervisors of the educational and educational process, as well as specialists to take the issue Take seriously jealousy on the language and preserve it.
