الرقابة البرلمانية في الجزائر بين الآليات الدستورية والمتطلبات التفعيلية Parliamentary Oversight In Algeria Between Constitutional Mechanisms And Enabling Requirements

Résumé: تناولت هذه الورقة دور الرقابة البرلمانية على أعمال النسق السياسي في الجزائر، وتتلخص إشكالية موضوع هذا المقال في السؤال التالي: ما هو الدور الأساسي للرقابة البرلمانية على أعمال النظام السلطوي الجزائري؟، وقد استخدم الباحث في هذه الورقة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما خلص موضوع هذه الورقة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: تتميز العلاقة بين الرقابة البرلمانية والنسق السياسي الجزائري بالفساد والضعف، تشعر الرقابة البرلمانية بأهمية العمل الذي تقوم به اتجاه السلطة العامة، وعدم وجود نظام رقابي يعتمد على معايير موضوعية. This paper deals with the role parliament control in the political System in Algeria, the main problem of this paper can demonstrated in the following question: What is the role of the parliament control in the political System in Algeria?, and the paper used in his paper the descriptive survey method and the analytical method, The study had many findings the most important of which being: corruption relationship between parliament control and political System, and the parliament control about the importance of work, and there are lack of government system.
