التمثلات الاجتماعية للعمل عند المرأة المقاولة في الجزائر

Résumé: برزت المرأة المقاولة في الجزائر كفئة مهنية استطاعت إثبات حضورها كفاعل مؤثر في توجيه مسار تنمية السوسيو اقتصادية، الأمر الذي يضعنا أمام عدة محاور استفهامية، التي منها ما يتعلق بتمثلات المرأة المقاولة لعملها والوقوف على طبيعة نشاطها، لينصب هدفنا من هذه الدراسة على تبيان معنى ورمزية العمل لدى المرأة المقاولة وتحديد مختلف العوامل السوسيو بيئية وثقافية المؤثرة على تشكيله، معتمدين في هذا على منهج الوصفي التحليلي نظرا لما يقدمه من شمولية الطرح في إبراز مختلف التمثلات الاجتماعية التي تحويها ذهنية المرأة المقاولة اتجاه العمل وذلك بناءا على استكشافاتنا النظرية واطلاعتنا الميدانية، التي خلصت إلى أن مسألة التقصي في موضوع تمثلات العمل لدى المرأة المقاولة في الجزائر يستدعى الإحاطة بمسألة التغيرات التي طرأت على دورها الاجتماعي من جهة ومن جهة أخرى أن معنى العمل لديها يتحدد بناءا على عدة منطلقات والتي تتجاذب بين توجهاتها الذاتية وبين طموحاتها السوسيو اقتصادية. The entrepreneurial woman has emerged in Algeria as a professional group that has been able to prove her presence as an influential actor in directing the path of socio-economic development, which puts us before several interrogative axes, including those related to the representations of the entrepreneurial woman to her work and to stand on the nature of her activity, so that our goal of this study is to clarify the meaning and symbolism of work for The entrepreneurial woman and identifying the various socio-economic and cultural factors influencing its formation, relying in this on the analytical descriptive approach due to the comprehensiveness of the proposition it presents in highlighting the various social representations that the entrepreneurial woman’s mentality contains towards work, based on theoretical explorations and our field knowledge, to conclude in the end that the issue of Algeria requires an awareness of the issue of the changes that occurred in her social role, on the one hand, and on the other hand, that the meaning of work for her is determined based on several starting points, which attract between her self-directions and her socio-economic aspirations
