الأفارقة السود المهاجرون بالجزائر بين الوصم وإشكالية الإندماج دراسة سوسيو-أنثروبولوجية بمنطقة تامنغست The Black African Immigrants In Algeria Between Stigma And Problematic Integration: A Socio-anthropological Study In Tamanghasset Region

Résumé: الملخص: يتمحور هذا العمل حول إشكاليتين أساسيتين، أولا سنحاول البحث في الوصم المرتبط بالسود الأفارقة الموجودين بتراب منطقة تامنغست، في مقابل مقاربة وضع هؤلاء من حيث اندماجهم داخل المجتمع المحلي، لتحقيق ذلك فككنا هذا العمل إلى ثلاثة مباحث رئيسة، خصّ الأول منها تحديد المجال الفيزيقي لهذا العمل، مرورا بمبحث ثاني خصصناه للبحث في جدلية الأسود والأبيض وإشكالية الوصم، وهذا انطلاقا من عدة مطالب كان فيها العودة للبحث في مسألة الرق والتمثلات الاجتماعية للأسود في اطار الغيرية، مرورا بالبحث في علاقة البنية الاجتماعية والتراتب الطبقي بالوصم، وانتهاء إلى بحث علاقة الوصم بالمخيال والذاكرة الجماعية والتاريخ المحلي والجغرافيا ودورها في تغذية ذلك. في المبحث الثالث والأخير حاولنا أن نقف ميدانيا عند إشكالية الاندماج الاجتماعي للأفارقة الموصومين بالسوادين وسط المجتمع المحلي، وهذا انطلاقا من أبعاد خصت الشغل، التعليم، العلاقات والتفاعلات الاجتماعية، الزواج وغيره، لننتهي في الأخير إلى التأكيد على أن الوصم مستمر وتغذيه العديد من الرواسب الذهنية والمخيالية، وأنه نتيجة لذلك يبقى الاندماج جزئي، وتحقيقه الكلي صعب في ظل كل هذه البقايا، التي لاتزال تختزن في اللاوعي والذاكرة الجماعية. Abstract The emphasis of this work is twofold, first, it will elaborate on stigma related to African blacks who exist in Tamanghasset region, and will approach their situation in terms of integration in local society, this work is divided into three parts, and the first one is assigned to identify the physical area of this research. The second part aims to investigate the dialectic of White and Blacks, with the addition to stigma problem. In this context, the slavery issue and social representations of Blacks in relation to otherness, the third part covers the relationship between social structure and strata hierarchy and the stigma, Finally, the work will investigate the relationship between stigma and social imagination, collective memory, local history, geography and their roles in strengthening them. The third part tried to empirically scrutinize the issue of social integration of African blacks those are stigmatized as blacks “Swadeen” in Tamanghasset society, this perspective is based on various dimensions: labour, education, social interactions and relations, marriage, The research revealed that ensure the continuity of stigma so the integration remained partial, then its fully implement is still latent in collective unconscious and memory.
