التباين اللغوي بين فئات الأساتذة وعلاقته بالمهارات البيداغوجية في التعليم الجامعي "دراسة استكشافية لتأسيس براديغم الاعتراف بمشروعية الأستاذ (اللغة كمرجعية)

Résumé: تشتد رمزية وجود الفاعل في النسق الجامعي، خاصة ما يرتبط بالممارسات البيداغوجية والتباين اللغوي بين فئات الأساتذة وتمثل الأبعاد في الوضعيات المستجدة اثناء عملية التفاعل البيداغوجي، وبناء نموذج الاعتراف بالمشروعية، هدفت الدراسة الى إدراك موقع التباين اللغوي والنماذج الممارسة في الجامعة الجزائرية المتفاوتة فيما بينها وإيجاد شروط تأسيس المهارات البيداغوجية المتفاوتة. اتبعت الدراسة منهجيا على عناصر تشكل مقدمتها في طرح الإشكالية والأهداف العملية للموضوع، ثم إجرائية مفاهيم الدراسة والدراسات السابقة، انتقالا الى الإطار التحليلي للدراسة والملاحظات الميدانية المتضمنة الاستكشاف، أهم نتائجها: تباين النماذج اللغوية المرتبطة بفئات أساتذة حسب شروط تصنيفها ودرجة ممارستها للشفرة بيداغوجيا، وتوزيع مجال ظهور المهارات الأحادية والمتنوعة. The symbolism of the presence of the actor in the university system is intensified, especially with regard to pedagogical practices and linguistic variation between the categories of professors, and the dimensions in the emerging situations represent the process of pedagogical interaction, building a model of recognition of legitimacy. The study aimed to realize the location of linguistic variation and the models practiced in the Algerian university and the disparity between them and to find a condition for establishing varying pedagogical skills. The study followed the approach on the elements that make up its introduction to the problematic and practical objectives of the subject, then the procedural concepts of the study and previous studies, moving to the analytical framework of the study and field observations that include exploration. The most important results: the variation of linguistic models associated with categories of professors according to their classification conditions and the degree of their practice of the pedagogical code and the distribution of the field of emergence of single and diverse skills.
