فحص فروض نظرية هيرشي في أسباب جنوح الأحداث الذكور في محافظة معان بالأردن

Résumé: This study aims to test Hirschis' theory concerning causes of juveniles delinquency in Ma’an governarate in the southern part of Jordan. To achieve the goals of the study, a questionnaire was designed, developed, and administered to collect the data from a simple random sample consisted of two-hundred and thirty subjects. The SPSS was used to find the percentages, frequencies, and Person correlation. The findings of the study revealed the following results: 1. There is a negative relationship between parental attachment and school attachment and juvenile delinquency. 2. There is a negative relationship between parental involvement and juvenile delinquency. 3. There is a negative relationship between commitment and juvenile delinquency. 4. There is a negative relationship between general social values system and juvenile delinquency. Finally, the study suggested some recommendations such as: establishing social programs oriented toward family, increasing students involvement in purposeful school activities, strengthening relations with schools, strengthen traditional belief systems in order to decrease the probability of neutralizing social norms.
