" أهمية اتباع مبادئ المسؤولية الاجتماعية في تعزيز الولاء الوظيفي " دراســــــة حالة مؤسسة السعودية للطيران.

Résumé: ملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الدور الذي تلعبه المسؤولية الاجتماعية من خلال بعض الابعاد منها (البعد الاقتصادي – البعد الاجتماعي – البعد البيئي) في تعزيز الولاء الوظيفي لدى العاملين والذي بدوره يعمل على رفع مستوى الاداء حيث تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتحليل بيانات الدراسة من خلال نموذج استبانة موزعة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من 21 فردا من إطار مؤسسة السعودية للطيران وتم تحليلها باستخدام برنامج SPSS ، ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة أن البعد الاجتماعي جاء في المرتبة الأولى ثم البيئي ثم الاقتصادي من حيث تأثيرها الايجابي. توصيات الدراسة :توصي بالاهتمام بدور المسؤولية الاجتماعية الأخلاقي نظرا لدورها الكبير في المؤسسة قيد الدراسة . This study aims to identify the role that social responsibility plays through some dimensions, including (the economic dimension - the social dimension - the environmental dimension) in enhancing job loyalty among employees, which in turn works to raise the level of performance. The descriptive analytical approach was followed and the study data was analyzed through A questionnaire form distributed to a simple random sample of 21 individuals from the framework of the Saudi Arabian Airlines Corporation and analyzed using the SPSS program One of the most important results of the study is that the social dimension came first, then the environmental, then the economic in terms of its positive impact. Study recommendations: It recommends paying attention to the ethical role of social responsibility due to its major role in the institution under study..
