مساهمة أخلاقيات مهنة المحاسبة في تفعيل حوكمة الشركات

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بحوكمة الشركات وبأخلاقيات مهنة المحاسبة، وعرض مبادئ كل منهما، كما تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح العلاقة الموجودة بين مبادئ كل منهما، وتوضيح كيف تساهم المبادئ الأخلاقية في تفعيل مبادئ حوكمة الشركات. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن: - تطبيق الشركات لحوكمة الشركات يساهم في تحقيق عدة أهداف منها تشجع التعاون بين الشركة والمساهمين، تحقيق الاستدامة الاقتصادية، كما تهدف إلى تحقيق المساواة بين صغار المستثمرين وكبارهم، وبين المستثمرين المحليين والأجانب على حد؛ - كما أن إلتزام المحاسبين بالمبادئ الأخلاقية يساهم في تحقيق أهداف منها المحافظة على الثقة وتحقيق العدالة في التقارير والقوائم المالية التي يقدمها المحاسب لكل الأطراف التي تتعامل معها الشركة؛ كما أن هناك علاقة بين الحوكمة وأخلاقيات مهنة المحاسبة، وأن التزام المحاسبين بمبادئ أخلاقيات مهنة المحاسبة يساهم في تفعيل مبادئ حوكمة الشركات . This study aims at defining companies governance, and accounting ethics, with identifying the relationship between their principles, and how can accounting ethics contribute in enhancing companies governance principle. The study concluded to the following points: - Applying the governance contributes in realizing many objectives such as: participation between the company and shareholders, realizing sustainable development, and equality between local and foreign investors; - Applying accounting ethics contributes in maintaining confidence and justice in the reports and financial statements submitted by the accountant to all the parties that deal with the company; There is a relationship between governance and accounting ethics, where the commitment of accountants by accounting ethics contributes in enhancing companies governance principles.
