الاجهاد المهنـــــــــي لدى الشبه الطبييــــــــــن في التخديـــــــر والإنعـــاش دراسة ميدانية بالمركـــــــز الاستشفائي الجامعــــــــي باتنــــــــــة

Résumé: ملخــــــص هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى الاجهاد المهني لدى الشبه الطبيين في التخدير والإنعاش، ومعرفة دلالة الفروق التي تعزى إلى متغير الجنس، و متغير الخبرة المهنية لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة، والتي تتكون من (45) شبه طبي في التخدير والانعاش العاملين بالمركز الاستشفائي الجامعي لولاية باتنة، وقد استخدام الباحث مقياس الاجهاد المهني من إعداد (Karasek كرساك). وقد أسفرت الدراسة على النتائج التالية: - وجود مستوى منخفض من الاجهاد المهني لدى الشبه الطبيين في التخدير والإنعاش. - لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الاجهاد المهني تعزى لمتغير الجنس لدى الشبه الطبيين في التخدير والإنعاش - لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الاجهاد المهني تعزى لمتغير الخبرة المهنية لدى شبه الطبيين في التخدير والإنعاش. الكلمات المفتاحية: الاجهاد المهني، الشبه الطبيين في التخدير والإنعاش، المركز الاستشفائي الجامعي، باتنة Abstract The present study aimed to identify the level of occupational stress among paramedics in anesthesia and resuscitation, and to know the significance of the differences attributed to the gender variable and the professional experience variable among the study sample, which consists of (45) paramedical in anesthesia workers at the University Hospital Center of the Wilayat of Batna The researcher used the occupational stress scale prepared by Karasek Kresak. The study yielded the following results: - There is a low level of occupational stress among the paramedics in anesthesia and resuscitation. - There are no statistically significant differences in the level of occupational stress due to the sex variable among paramedics in anesthesia and resuscitation. - There are no statistically significant differences in the level of occupational fatigue due to the variable of professional experience of paramedics in anesthesia and resuscitation.
