Résumé: يهدف المقال إلى الكشف عن طريقة من أهم طرق الاقتصاد اللغوي التي يُلْجأ إليها من أجل تسريع عملية التواصل، خاصة في عالمنا المعاصر، الذي عرف وتيرة سريعة جدا في مجالات عِدّة منها الاقتصادية والتجارية والصناعية وغيرها. فانعكس ذلك على المصطلحات العلمية عامة، والاقتصادية خاصة، وقد كان المعجم الموحد لمصطلحات الاقتصاد محط اهتمام هذه الدراسة، التي توخَّيْنا فيها معرفة كيفية تعامل مكتب تنسيق التعريب مع المختصرات، والرموز أثناء عملية نقل المصطلحات الاقتصادية من اللغتين الانجليزية والفرنسية إلى العربية. وتوصل البحث إلى نتائج منها: عدم التزام منهجية واحدة في اختصار المصطلح العربي, والاعتماد الكلي على ترجمة المختصر استنادا على المصطلح العربي، وعدم اللجوء إلى تعريبه. The article looks at one of the most important linguistic economy methods used to accelerate the communication process, especially in our contemporary world, which has experienced a very rapid pace in several areas, including economics, commercial, industrial and others. This in turn was reflected in scientific terms in general, and in economic terms in particular. The unified dictionary of economic techniques terms was at the center of this study, through which we sought to know the method with which, t economic terms from English and French to Arabic.
